Caribbean Eggs Benedict?

Sure, why not?

Opting for a different, healthier version of eggs benedict (and drawing inspiration from my experience at Goat Town), I decided to experiment. For this Caribbean eggs benedict (for lack of a better name), I used whole wheat toast; wild tuna steak; a homemade salsa consisting of vine-ripened tomatoes, onion, garlic and jalapeno; and a dash of smoked paprika to top it off. And a tomato-peel rose in the background for you.
